Tracker JobsAssigning TasksGot a task? Define it, assign it and track it. Multiple users can collaborate to accomplish complex jobs.
In a typical scenario, the receptionist take calls and schedules requests directly into Tracker. The office manager then assigns employees to the request. Staff calendars can be used to verify that there are no scheduling conflicts.

Schedules are easy to update and can be updated as often as required. Staff may be given access to calendars where they can see their daily schedule.

The Acceptance/Rejection cycleCo-workers are given the opportunity to accept or reject the request. Certainly, it helps to discuss the tasks. But sometimes it is impossible to meet requested deadlines. Tracker provides the user and the co-worker with the ability to “negotiate” a deadline that can be met.
Dates are captured in Tracker. From here, both the user and the co-worker can review progress.

Multi-user task managementEach user can create tasks. Tracker provides your business with collaboration between workers. As tasks are entered into Tracker, other users see these tasks. They can provide feedback about what is or is not being done. Feedback may be added as notes to the job. This allows the project manager to understand why changes were made.
Tracking ProgressThe office manager can keep tabs on what was scheduled and completed. This easily avoids missed service calls. Once completed, service calls are marked as completed and the billing cycle started.
Add Notes and PhotosNotes capture status updates, reports, risk assessments, issues, and any other text that you want to save. Photos support tasks by documenting events and milestones, such as the progress on a construction site, or a washing machine being repaired. Photos can verify a car wreck or illustrate a house for sale. Store the photo with the job for easy retrieval.
Tracker provides a list of notes and photos associated with the job on the job page. Got a problem at the customer site? Take a photo and add it to the service call. The user can easily review status reports from co-workers to get a clear idea of what they have been working on, or to view issues to identify what needs to be done to stay on schedule.

User privilegesTracker provides the Company Administrator with the ability to easily restrict users from creating jobs or tasks.
Tailoring JobsThe Company Administrator can define custom jobs or easily modify existing jobs to add a feature.
